I'm sure you've come across official looking emails that ask you to update your bank details by clicking on a link...
Well, if you click on the link, and you then realise it's a fraudulent / phishing / scam website, you should report it to the Google Safe Browsing team, just in case no one else has. The site will then get investigated, and it also protects other users by showing a warning in some browsers, such as Firefox.

If you are using firefox, you can report the site by Help -> Report Web Forgery
