We've had a great experience with Orchard Hosting over the past few years. My original reason for choosing Orchard was that my previous ISP (businessserve) wanted to charge me an arm and a leg for php and mysql support, I started a long search for a reasonable UK based provider, after much time we found Orchard!

Ever since then we haven't looked back, yes we've had some issues, but the measure of any company is how they respond to problems. The team at Orchard have always been very responsive, no query goes unanswered and responses are always intelligent and not just canned RTFM style answers.

So in short, I can hand on heart recommend Orchard for your hosting needs, you will be well looked after.

I would second that. Particularly the standardised answers from other companies. I mentioned a loooong time ago how it felt like Tom was a guy in a bedroom personally looking into all the enquiries.

I particularly liked the fantastico script alll built in, the PHP and Mysql support also. No down time hardly. Speed of the FTP service, all good
