Thanks for all of you that participated in our annual customer satisfaction survey. The results let us understand how our customers feel about the services we provide so that we can improve them.

A brief summary of the results:
100% were happy overall with the services we provide.
99% would recommend our services to a friend.
98% believed they were getting value for money.
67% had no problems with billing and 32% had some minor problems.
64% had experienced no downtime or problems and 34% some minor downtime.
87% had an excellent experience with our technical support department and 6% a good experience and 6% just okay.
75% find administering their site excellent and 20% good.
Hundreds of our customers responded to the survey and in total 12% of our customers responded.
